MASTERS GRADUATION FROM ALRA
25 March 2022
In 2019, I attended a special outreach audition in Doncaster for ALRA, Drama Studio London and Italia Conti, organised by the Federation of Drama Schools, in order to get more people from working class backgrounds into drama school. Miraculously, I was offered a place at all three schools! I had a difficult choice to make, but I eventually settled on ALRA and so in September 2020, I began my MA in Professional Acting at ALRA in Wandsworth, London. Prior to this, I had never completed an undergraduate degree, so this really was a new venture into higher education!

15 months later, through various lockdowns, copious amounts of Zoom classes and socially-distanced classes, and working with some great tutors and visiting directors, I have graduated from my Masters with a Distinction - an achievement I am incredibly proud of! I'm also continuing to work behind the scenes to develop my dissertation project show into a full length piece so watch this space!

My graduation took place at St Mary's University, Twickenham with gorgeous weather.

But now that's done, it's back to making my own work and relentlessly bashing out those self-tapes!
